As one approaches, having crossed the grand wooden entrance, they are faced with a plateau and a few stairs that lead to the first, highest level of the Estate, which houses the closed hall, chapel and the honeymoon suite.
In the enclosed space, which can host 380 people, natural stone and wood dominate, along with distinctive lighting and artwork. The use of bioclimatic design principles ensures excellent heating, cooling and ventilation of the space. The continuous, overlapping windows offer an unobstructed view, while the sunroof lets you use a mild night as your advantage by having a luxurious canopy of starry sky.
The enclosed hall with the three different levels, acquires an even more special character, since it hosts cozy nooks of relaxation with beautiful sofas, leather armchairs, handmade throws, luxurious cushions, plush carpets, small objects d’art, ornaments and artwork, while the traditional stone fireplace could not be left out of the whole setting.
From the enclosed hall, a beautiful staircase of stone-paved wood leads you to the honeymoon suite.
The rich tones of wood, handmade furniture, delicate style and exquisite decorative artworks, create a completely unique atmosphere that makes you feel warm and romantic, none of it resembling the cold and impersonal feel of a hotel room. The en-suite bathroom and the kitchenette, which features a fridge fully stocked with refreshments, complete the space.
The ecological concept of the Laas Estate is also reflected here. Besides high quality, natural materials, the breakfast served in the suite is made only with organic products of the estate. The cosmetic care products offered are all selected based on their organic ingredients, while some excellent Belgian praline truffles also await you.
The honeymoon suite, aside from housing newlyweds, may also be freely used by your guests during any other kind of event (party, christening, etc.) to freshen up.
The Holy Resurrection Church, the chapel of the Laas Estate, can be used for weddings and christenings.
The second level, a huge, two-acre area, is ideal for any kind of event, especially during the summer months. It can accommodate up to 500 people for a seated event and 1500 for a standing reception.
In the open grass area, a stone waterfall, crowned by climbing ivy, marks the site with its melodious gurgle. The stone used in its construction comes from the ground of the Laas Estate itself, while concealed lighting creates a magical, dreamlike image in the evenings. The panoramic view is breathtaking and steals the show. The stone buildings, the beautiful, atmospheric lighting, the music which unfolds from hidden speakers without ever becoming annoying due to excessive volume, maintain the perfevt balance of nature, elegance and artistic viewpoint and are the perfect background for your events.
At the third level, the pool with its wooden deck and the impressive villa dominate the space.
The unobstructed view of Peania, Markopoulo, the Airport and the Evian Gulf is breathtaking. Exposed wood, stone, trees and water, all tie together seamlessly, creating a romantic lounge atmosphere, which differs from the trivial, maintaining its own, great finesse.
The corners for relaxing around the pool, fringed with trees, impressive hidden lighting, hard-crafted furniture and carefully chosen decorative art give an air of shabby-chic, with particular emphasis on elegance and comfort.
The space can accommodate any event, banquet, buffet, cocktail party, before or after party. The area around the pool can accommodate 350 people for a standing event, while the adjacent lawn area can also entertain a smaller seated event of approximately 150 people.
